I liked the lobby area. There was free flowing juice and coffee which helped minimize my expenses in Taipei greatly. Water and other drinks were also available 24/7. The lobby is also an excellent place to work. Internet was good.

Everything was readily and cleanly available. Ticked off everything required in a hotel. Staff even prepared us new years snacks while we were out watching thr new years fireworks! That was extremely sweet of them. I loved how there were juices, teas and snacks available too. They also tidy the room very clean!

Breakfast was optional, so I did not choose it from the website For most people, the beds would be very good. I'm the kind of person that would sleep on the floor.( straighten my back) so I need a very firm mattress. I gave the highest rating because the beds are adequate for most people..

Lodging choices were tight for the days leading up to New Year's Day, so we were pleasantly surprised by the ARK hotel. Easy check-in, room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean, good hot water for shower. No breakfast provided, but lots of free snacks, juice and water dispenser (hot, warm, cold). Large common area with tables and chairs.

The beds were extremely comfy, air conditioning works very well, bathroom was a good size, daily cleaning was spotless, disposable slippers and lots of water bottles were provided. Breakfast options, very helpful front desk.

This is a great place for a 1-2 night stay or if you're a solo traveler. Great location, friendly staff, comfortable bed/pillows, free Wi-Fi and breakfast, and they stored our luggage at check out. Couldn't have asked them for more. Thank you!

Neat, good services, free washing and drying (laundry detergent can be purchased at the counter), lots of takeaways and restaurants nearby.

First, kindly & friendly staff. I got trouble of You bike. One of staff help and assist us. Then finally it was fixed ! Two years ago I stayed Daan Ark hotel. At that time they assist me so kindly. My best hotel in Taipei!! I strongly recommend.
